TERMS OF SALE: The winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours of auction end and send me a $500.00 non-refundable deposit. The balance is due no later than 3-days after the auction ends. If more time is needed then a larger deposit will be required. This might mean you have to express mail a certified check or wire transfer funds into my bank account. Wire transfer is preferred. I will accept PayPal for the deposit only. If no contact is made or deposit received within 24 hours, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, or sell it through any means I desire.  The car will not leave my property and possession until all funds has cleared my bank.

DISCLOSURES: This auction is a legal binding contract between the buyer & seller. If the buyer fails to finalize the contract a complaint will be filed with eBay and negative feedback posted. The car has been described as accurately as possible.  Please do not bid unless you are serious about paying for and owning this vehicle... I reserve the right to end the auction for any reason and at any time.

WARRANTY: This vehicle is being sold as is, where is and with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for defects and makes no warranty of any kind. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any written or oral statements about the vehicle. Buyers Remorse or Un happiness after purchase is not the seller problem I always offer Inspections prior to sales. In the sake of a court issue Buyer will pay both Buyer & seller attorney & court Fees 100% that occurred.

VEHICLE INSPECTION: All inspections must be made before auction ends. No further inspections will be allowed after auction has ended until full payment has been received.

SHIPPING: Unless agreed upon, all shipping charges are the Buyer's responsibility. We will help with shipping as a courtesy if asked but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the Carrier and not with us.

OWNER TRANSFER FORM: An Owner Transfer Form will be sent to buyer once full payment is received. A signed copy must be sent back to the seller at time of purchase before the Title, Bill-of-Sale and/or Vehicle will be released to buyer.
