1969 Mach 1 Mustang. Sold brand new in Los angles CA. We are the third owners, and bought it from the second owners who had the car for 25 years. It was in the LA area for about 31 years. And the rest of the time it has been here in Idaho. Well cared for and always garaged, has kept the milage to just 103,944 original miles on the car. The restoration was done by the second owners in CA before they moved to Idaho. Car has all of its factory floor pans and trunk floor. Rockers are clean and free of rust. One repair was done on the drivers side rear quarter from a light fender bender. My guess is this is what started the restoration. Repair was done well and can only be seen on the inside of the trunk back tail panel. I have 200 plus pictures of the car in zip file form that will be sent to you. As per your request, that show all aspects of the car. As well as the repair done to the tail panel. It is a very clean car, that has been restored as needed. Paint is a candy job. Candy apple red sprayed over gold. Looks awesome when out in the sun. Engine was fully rebuilt as well as the tranny around 75,000 miles. Car is a numbers matching car.With the part vin matching on the motor. As well as date coded by the castings. Engine runs very strong and the FMX tranny shifts nice and smooth. Has glass pack mufflers to give it a nice rumble. Wheels are stock with BF goodrich P235-60-R14 tires front and back. All of the glass windows are free of any chips or cracks. And windows all have the factory vin number of 9R02M138353 printed on them. All gauges work with the temp and oil pressure gauge being down in the center above the shifter. Factory front disk brakes, factory air and fold down back seat. Have over $40,000 in paper work from the last owner. And we have put about three thousand in the car since we have bought it. I put on a griffin radiator,performer manifold and carb,high flow water pump. I have all of the parts we removed from the car. Stock air cleaner, manifold and radiator. If a person wanted to take it back to stock. We also have the original owners manual and factory build sheet. Trunk interior is complete with floor mats, tire cover and mustang bag for tools and jack. The weakest part of the car is the interior. The head liner was replaced when the car was repainted. But the seats,door panels and the carpet are original to the car. While they are not bad, an interior kit would bring the inside up to the level of the rest of the car. You could get away with just rebuilding the seats with new foam and covers. Over all this is a very nice rust free mach 1 that will give years of trouble free driving.
