It is New with a brand new MSO, never registered, never fueled, still has the original battery that has never been filled with acid. The winner will also recieve the original 12 Month warranty direct from Yamaha (yes, we verified with Yamaha) AND the winner has the option of purchasing the Yamaha extended warranty!
