Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction?s end (unless previous arrangements have been made with Yamaha Suzuki of Cool Springs), or a non-paying bidder report will be filed with , negative feedback will be left and the item will be put back up for auction/offered to the next highest bidder in a Second Chance Offer.

Buyer is responsible for paying a $149.00 Doc. Fee in addition to the winning auction price. Dealer retains all rebates and incentives.

Yamaha Suzuki of Cool Springs does not collect sales tax from out-of-state buyers unless the buyer is financing the purchase. We are required by law however to collect tax from Tennessee residents. We are required to mail an out-of-state tax form to purchaser's state county clerks office.

Yamaha Suzuki of Cool Springs prefers for deposit only. Please call (888) 556-8240 and ask for the Sales Manager before the auction ending if paying by credit card. We cannot except personal checks from out-of-state buyers only cashier's check or money order.

Financing is also available, but you must contact us and get an approval prior to bidding.

If you wish to pick up your item from our store location, we will also accept cash for payment. See below for local pick-up information.

Shipping: Yamaha Suzuki of Cool Springs requires that the buyer pick-up their vehicle purchase from our location or arrange for shipping. Vehicle must be picked-up/shipped within seven (7) days of the auction?s end. Yamaha Suzuki of Cool Springs assumes no liability for loss or damage which may occur during the shipping process and strongly recommends shipping insurance that may be offered by your carrier, if insurance up to the value of the item is not already included in the shipping price by the carrier.

Local Pick-up: If you live in the Middle Tennessee area or plan on visiting, you are always welcome to avoid paying the cost of shipping, and picking up your item from our store location, located at:

Returns: Yamaha Suzuki of Cool Springs will accept returns only in cases where the item arrives to the buyer and is not as described in the auction, and where defects/damage are not caused by shipping or buyer after the vehicle leaves our dealership. Seller must be notified via e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of the item, and the item must be returned to seller within 7 days in the same condition it was received, with return shipping paid for by buyer. Refunds will be given as money back for full cost paid for item minus shipping. Returns for any other reason will be handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of Yamaha Suzuki of Cool Springs, however seller must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the item in regards to any issues with the item.
