The following terms of sale apply to all sales;

Payment Methods: Certified check, wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing.  All funds must be in US dollars only.  Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.  Call us for more information.

Deposit: The successful high bidder will submit a deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. The seller holds the right to retain the full amount of deposit at his/her discretion.

Payment of Balance Due: The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes: All sales are subject to a $150.00 admin fee, and Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based at .002420 of the purchase price. Ex. $10,000 purchase = $24.20 VIT Taxes. Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax and registration fee of $100.50 Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
