Runs great, compression tested between 107-110 per cylinder. Case has not been split open, motor is all original, however the rest of the machine has been COMPLETELY rebuilt from the bar frame up. I stripped it to bar metal (checking for any cracks) then had it professionally powder oated. A-arms, swing-arm, brake leaver, shifter leaver, footpegs, tierods, rear break rotor hub, and rear sprocket hub have also been powder coated. ALL bearings and bushings have been replaced (outside of the motor and front hub bearings). All fluids have been flushed and replaced. Motor still orginal along with plastic (no cracks, some light scratches. Can be replaced by you with your choice of color). Nerf bars have been 'line-X' coated (looks sharp). Also included with purchase is the factory axle (straight), two axle wrenches, ratio-rite mix cup.
Parting with machine because I purchased and built YFZ450 after returning from Iraq in 2005. I started it once (started in just couple kicks after several years) since I finished it and other than that it hasn't been started since 2002. Approximately 60 hours.
