2004 PTK 125cc Shifter Kart (Paul Tracy Kart)

PTKs for 2004 are based on the Italian CRG chassis with a 125 cc Pavesi engine. I purchased this kart on e-Bay several months ago. The seller?s original listing indicated that the kart had only been used for 2 events by the original owner and 2 ?track days? by the seller. After I received the kart it was clear that that was less than accurate.  So my son and I set out to bring it back to top condition. We have rebuilt the Dellorto carb with new Swedetech reeds and jetted for sea level and mid range performance. We have added a new Swedetech exhaust manifold with O rings ? no more leaks. Everything has been repaired or replaced.

I purchased this kart for my 14 year old son to get started in SCCA Solo Junior Kart. Unfortunately the PTK was never intended for 30 mph parking lot racing. It is meant to be a 100+ mph road racer. It runs great now. There are two sets of wheels many extra parts; torsion bars, carb jets, brake pads, and a kart stand. All that is needed to go racing is new tires.

I listed this kart before and the winning bidder declined to pay because he could not arrange shipping. Serious bidders please, ask before you bid.

Buyer pick up is encouraged. I will deliver for free up to 150 miles. I will deliver up to 350 miles for expenses (gas at 12 mpg and aprox $100 for one night lodging). I can also store and deliver for Xmas.
