In 1975 Oscar started National Check Reporting Service. A partner was taken on in Early 1976. The business was operating primarily in Alabama until 1978. In 1978 four other states were opened. In 1980 Oscar developed a Franchise Program and started selling Franchises. Franchises were sold in Chicago, Arkansas, Mississippi, And California. After operating this business for 10 years. The business was sold to a competitor. And Public Wholesale was started.

The vehicle sales division is Southeast Liquidators. We are located 2 hours from Atlanta, Ga. and 50 miles north of Birmingham,Alabama.
