THIS ATV IS A 2007 BAMBADIER OUTLANDER 400 WITH A PERMIT TO SALE. ALABAMA DOES NOT TITLE ATVS AND OFFROAD VEHICLES, THEREFORE IT WILL COME WITH A NOTARIZED  BILL OF SALE ONLY, NO TITLE. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR DMV FOR YOUR STATES LAWS AND REQUIREMENTS PERTAINING TO OFFROAD VEHICLES. THIS ATV IS BEING SOLD AS IS WITH DAMAGE THAT INCLUDES BUT MAY NOT BE LIMITED TO: ONLY MINOR SCRATCHES, SCRAPES, AND NORMAL WEAR. HOWEVER THE MOTOR HAS BEEN REMOVED AND IT APPEARS TO HAVE SOME PIECES MISSING LIKE THE CRANK SHAFT, FLYWHEEL/ROTOR, AND POSSIBLY MORE. THIS WOULD MAKE A GREAT PARTS QUAD, PROJECT QUAD, OR AN EXPORT. Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.

Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. All sales transactions must be completed within 5 days of auction close.

Deposit
We require a $500 deposit within 3 days of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
