·       We reserve the right to sell this vehicle locally and cancel the bidding at any point during the auction process. We are an automobile dealership and all of our cars are featured in multiple websites as well as being available for sale on our lot.

·       If you have any questions at all about this vehicle, please contact DV Auto Center before bidding. We will be more than willing to provide additional photos or set up an appointment for you to come and inspect the vehicle to be sure it is up to your standards. Please do not bid on this vehicle if you do not wish to own it. Once you place a bid on a vehicle you are entering in a legal contract to purchase said vehicle.

·       Vehicles may have slightly more miles than advertised due to daily test drives and other day to day operations.

·       If you are financing this vehicle, please have the funds available to you before the auction ends. We may be able to help with financing in the case of bad or no credit if necessary.

·       As the high bidder, you will be responsible for a $500.00 deposit through paypal, $100.00 of which is non-refundable for relisting fees, within 24 hours of auction close.

·       You must contact DV Auto Center within 24 hours of auction close to arrange for full payment. The balance of the vehicle may be paid by cash, cashiers check, paypal, or all major credit cards. We require 3-5 business days after payment for title processing. If payment terms are not met, all contracts are closed and the auction is void.

·       Non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay and will receive a negative feedback.

·       As the buyer, you will be responsible for shipping. You may also choose to pick up the vehicle at our lot. We may be able to help with finding a transport company for you; however, we are not responsible for any damages once the vehicle leaves our lot.

·       DV Auto Center will process title and licensing for an additional fee, or you may wish to do this on your own.

At DV Auto Center, we do our best to accurately describe our vehicles, including any disclosures; however, occasionally mistakes are made. This vehicle is used and being sold as is, there are likely minor blemishes as this vehicle was previously owned and driven, there is no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage.
