We do not charge sales tax or any other taxes to Missouri customers or out of state customers.
We accept PayPal for deposits only. Due to our extremely low prices, we cannot accept credit or debit cards. We cannot accept personal checks. We can only accept cash money and cashier's checks, all cashiers checks must be verifed by us before they can be accepted.
If you wish to pick up your item from our store location, we will also accept cash for payment. See below for local pick-up information.
Financing:
Due to the Patriot Act and other legal issues, all customer financing final paperwork must be completed at our store in person.

Local Pick-up:
If you live in the St Louis area or would like to pick up your vehicle at our shop during operating hours you can avoid shipping charges. We are located in FARMINGTON Missouri just out of St. Louis.

Shipping:
We require that the winning bidder pick up the vehicle at our location in Farmington Missouri or arrange for shipping within 7 days of the auctionâ??s end. We cannot arrange shipping for you, but we will be happy to help set up a time for local pickup at out store. Many shippers can be found on eBay motors for shipping from our door to yours. All vehicle shipping must be picked up from our store, we cannot deliver a vehicle to a shipping company. All vehicles will be shipped ready to ride unless your shipper requires otherwise. Manufacturerâ??s rules prohibit customers receiving crated units not set up by a genuine dealer.
MID WEST SPORTS CENTER will assume no liability for loss or damage which may occur during the shipping process and strongly recommends shipping insurance that may be offered by your carrier, if insurance up to the value of the item is not already included in the shipping price by the carrier.
Returns:
MID WEST SPORTS CNETER does not accept returns on vehicles. All sales are final.
Warranty:
All new vehicles come with the manufacturerâ??s ONE YEAR warranty valid at any authorized dealer in the country.
Warranty extensions are available at very low eBay pricing.
Used vehicles are sold in an "as is" condition with no warranties implied or expressed. Warranties may be available for some used vehicles at an extra cost.
