Shipping
Please note that no shipments will be made to P.O Box address since ship via UPS.
Additional shipping cost will apply for any place outside the 48 contiguous states, For Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico we ship via USPS , and all other international bidders please contact us directly at 909-947-7888, 8:30 to 5:30, Monday to Friday, PST. Canadian shipping: For CANADA we use UPS ONLY, so be aware of your customs/duties fees. All Canadian orders are shipped UPS, no exceptions. Can I have my international order shipped via USPS?

Customer Service Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the ship date. However, ALL returns must be accompanied by a Return Good Authorization Number (RGA) in order for it to be processed. In some cases, a digital photo of an item or product may need to be taken by the customer and submitted to Hotzone Performance in order to process an RGA Number. Please email us at hotzoneperformance@yahoo.com to obtain this required RGA number.
All good merchandise returns are subjected to a 15% Restocking Fee and can only be accepted under brand-new and un-installed condition. To initiate an exchange, you must follow the same procedures. When no error on our part exists with the shipping of any purchase, you will be subjected to incur the cost associated with re-shipping a package and the original shipping cost is not subjected to a refund.
If we make an error and ship you the wrong part, you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will then ship out the correct part to you with a UPS prepaid return label for you to return the wrong part. The prepaid return label is accepted at any UPS stores, UPS locations, and any Staples locations and there is no charge to you. Please note that we require the wrong item to be returned to our facility no later than one month of receiving the correct replacement part, otherwise we will need to charge you for the part. Damaged Shipment or Defects or shortage in Merchandise
Upon receipt of your product, please inspect the packaging to ensure that it has not been damaged. If the packaging or product has been damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to report the damage. Any claims for merchandise defects or shortages must be made within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. We will send a replacement part or replace the merchandise at our discretion. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment within 10 business days upon receipt.
