In addition to the pictures here I posted about 80 pics on my website
http://eiseman.us/65stang/stangpics.html

Up for sale is a rare 1965 Factory GT Fastback Mustang complete with build sheet and original engine, tranny, and rear end.  This car is a project (and a big one!) but if you know your way around a welder or have some cash to spend this could be a real head turning super rare stang.  It came originally as a GT with an unusual color combo for the day.  It shipped as Ivy Green Metallic (Think Bullitt) with a Palomino Pony interior package which is like a tan and really looks great with the green.  I've only ever seen one stang with that color combo and it was just awesome looking.

Now before you get too excited this poor car was left to rot in the 70's and only moved to get to my garage back in 2003 and has been sitting inside ever since.  For the most part it has collected dust but I did manage to get some work done on it and purchased a bunch of parts and sheet metal.  It is in need of basically a full top down restore that has been started.  The cowl is completely removed and I purchased the bottom cowl but it still needs trimmed and installed, or you could sell it and buy the whole clamshell nowadays.  Front shock towers are in great shape as are the tops of the fender where the VIN stamping is.  Some of the bottom will need replacing as will the radiator support.  I have alot of this sheet metal purchased including the radiator support, but at least part of the frame rails will need work and the passenger side under the battery is completely shot as would be expected.

The middle of the car is in much better shape and the floors are replaced with brand new seat risers ready to weld on.  The tunnel is all in good shape as is the back seat until you get closer to the trunk.  I do have at least 1 of these sheet metal pieces but some will need purchased to finish up the trunk.  The pillars are in good shape and only a couple spots in the corners of the rear glass will need touched up.  The roof when we got the car had some big dents in it from a dog who liked to sleep on top of the car and we picked up a complete roof from another fastback just in case we needed it but the dents came out well and the rust turned out to just be surface rust.  If you have room and want it though the spare roof is all yours.  Rear quarter panels and fender wells will both need replaced and I do not have that sheet metal.  The rear deck lid need cleaning up and has a little rust through on the bottom but can definitely be fixed.  The original hood did not come with the car but I do have a new one in great shape.  I have 4 fenders of varying quality that I picked up at swap meets that could be used to make 1 good pair with little work.  Also i think the rest of the misc parts of the front end are all in good shape (valence, fender extensions around the headlights, headlight buckets, etc.)

Chrome is almost all there but some is a little dinged or scuffed up.  Glass I have the back glass and one of the sides but since the front and 1 side will need replaced anyways you may just want to get all new.  The engine was gunked up when we took it apart but the block seems like if you had it dipped and bored out it would be fine, there is not any cracks or anything in it.  Most of the engine parts are still here but if I was finishing the car I would replace alot of them with new anyways.  Tranny and rear end are both in restorable shape.  The fold down backseat is present and can be restored, and there is 3 bucket seats that can also be restored.  The interior plastic trim parts I believe are all there, but they are all faded and a few are dinged up.  There is so many parts floating around my garage and I tried to photograph or talk about them all but I may have missed some so feel free to ask.  This car is on a stand with solid casters to make it easy to move around so you will need a trailer to transport it.

Also before I get any questions about the GT package yes it has all of the normal indicators of being a GT down to the fog light hole and mounting brackets for the exhaust.  Since my build sheet has tar over parts of it from the tape that was wrapped around it you cant see the GT part but I asked around on the internet to some of the classic mustang gurus and apparently the codes that are present for the axle, clutch, engine, etc. verify it just as well.  In addition here is the rundown of the numbers.
