This 1969 Ford Mustang was originally built on December 26 1968 and sold January 21 1969 thru Dave Syverson Ford in Albert Lea Minnesota.  This is an original Acapulco Blue 428 Super Cobra Jet Drag Pack (V Code 3:91 gear ratio) 4 speed car.  Car has been restored as close to original condition as possible with only 62,000 original miles.  Car has been verified by a Marti Report and also includes the original factory invoice. 

Pictures speak for themselves more than anything here, but the car is in outstanding condition.  This car includes all of its' original body panels with date coded fenders, original 1969 hood (as opposed to the 1970 and later style service replacement hoods most cars have), original date coded spare wheel, original dated dash pad (without any cracks) and many many other original items.  Car drives without any problems and has recently been freshened up including the beautifully detailed engine compartment and interior (includes newly restored rimblow steering wheel).  Wherever possible correct original or reproduction parts have been used.  Paint on this car would be a 9 out of a 10....that being said... I have almost never seen a "10" at any car shows since most every car always has some minor imperfections.  There are some minor paint issues with this car from being driven over the last 8 years.  Car had an outstanding repaint done in 2000 with the underside detailed as well.  The engine does not have a VIN stamped on it and precedes the build date by about 9 months so I would assume it is not original but can not confirm.  However, it is a correct super cobra jet motor and have additional pictures if someone wants to see more on this.   The shifter is not correct for a 69 Mustang, but the correct Hurst shifter for a 1970 Mustang.  Having driven both styles I would never put an original 69 Ford shifter in another car, but if someone wants to switch it's an easy change.  The rocker moldings are not currently on the car, however I do have them, and will either install or include with the car depending on timing.        

This car is scheduled to be in the MCA National Show in Phoenix AZ on October 24-26 where it will be entered and judged in the concourse driven class.
