Performance is what the Mustang SVT Cobra is all about. It's "HAND BUILT" 4.6-liter V8 engine, with dual overhead cam, and 32 valves produces 320 horsepower at 6000 rpm........................ And it sounds great, whether cruising or at full throttle. With all 320 ponies working hard, the Cobra romps to 60 in only 5.3 seconds. The 1/4 mile passes by in 13.7 seconds at 106 miles-per-hour. Top speed is 150 MPH. These are pretty exciting numbers.

The single-plate clutch is very stiff, but gives the driver plenty of feedback. This Cobra also includes an independent rear suspension system, raising the standard for muscle car performance. Only 4,055 Cobra's were produced in 1999.

Fast! The engine sounds great and is very smooth and responsive. NO SMOKE! The transmission shifts excellent and clutch feels good. The engine appears to be stock. Car has 17" 5 spoke alloys with 275/40ZR17 Bridgestones all around ! Front rotors have been drilled & slotted to make sure this car stops on a dime ! A/C and all electric equipment, including the power top work as they should. We took delivery of this car just a few days ago, so we are unaware of any prior repairs, but the car drives and sounds great.
