The vehicles we have for sale on Ebay can be sold at anytime. In fact, it's not unusual for an auction to end early because the vehicle is sold off of our lot. This also includes no reserve auctions. If you are interested in one of our vehicles do not hesitate to call us as we are always more than willing to discuss your options. 

We try to describe our vehicles in a manner that is as accurate as reasonably possible, we take a considerable amount of pictures to show our buyers as many details as reasonably possible. 

Please keep in mind that these vehicles are located in our lot and are subject to test drives, which will account for any possible difference on the odometer reading.   Please feel free to call me, I'll be happy to give you all the information you might need and answer any questions. In order to be able to sell cars a these price points and to ensure fast efficient service, the buyer is charged $190 for the cost of overnight mailing of paperwork, title transfers, the inspection, customer pick up at the local airport, and 30-day temporary tags for out of state residents. Buyer is responsible to pay all sales taxes, registration fees and/or any other applicable state fees for the state they are going to register the vehicle in.   Please remember to consider this when placing your bid, but also know that there will be no other moneys due.

1. Deposit - The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
   
2. Payment - Certified Check, personal check or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. If you have any questions please call us for more information.
   
3. Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state in which the vehicle will be registered.  (Exceptions can occur in financed sales when lender requires that selling dealer add buyer's local TT&L charges into the contract and pay these items from the sale proceeds).  Taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.  All buyers will be charged $90 for processing and overnighting of documents related to the sale, plus Texas V.I.T. (.00249) plus up to $39.50 for vehicle State inspection. (It's required in TX).  In-state buyers will additionally be charged Texas TT&L (6.25% sales tax plus $110 for registration and titling fees).
   
4. Buyer's Inspection - Every effort was made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle. Our Dealership has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have some dings and scratches inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Our dealership welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection fees.
   
5. Shipping - The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please contact us if you would like us to help assist in finding a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our dealership. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is picked up by the shipping company.
   
6. Warranty - USED CARS: Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. Extended warranties may be available; please contact us for details.  NEW CARS: Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this new-and-never-titled vehicle is being sold with the complete new car factory warranty.  Extended warranties may be available; please contact us for details.   Note that new cars purchased for use by Canadian residents are covered by the Subaru of America new car warranty and can be serviced by Canadian Subaru dealers.  However, for 2008 and newer models, the vehicle owner must pay the Canadian Subaru dealer for the warranty service work performed then submit copies of his/her paid receipts to Subaru of America for reimbursement.
   

Bidder Notice

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

1. Bid Retractions - Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end.  Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
   
2. Negative Feedback Bidders - We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.
   
3. Successful Bidder - The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact us within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
   
4. Non-Paying Bidder - If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
