SHIPPING INFORMATION
We use multiple transportation companies to get you the very best possible price on shipping. For maximum “Peace-of-Mind”, we can directly ship the vehicle to you with one of our trailers. We have our own open and enclosed trailer. This prevents using ANY third party companies, and you will just deal directly with us on the shipment.
If you choose to use a third party provider, we will assist in every way possible. However, once the vehicle leaves our dealership it is no longer our responsibility, and any complaints, or concerns should be directed to the third party that you have choosen.
TERMS OF SALE OVERVIEW
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Payment Methods:
Cash in person, bank to bank wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing.
Fees and Taxes:
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes plus $250 document fees and title fees not to exceed $25.50.
