SHE IS A BEAUTIFUL CAR! She is a 1968 Red Convertible Ford Mustang. She is a driver, not just a store in the garage and never get out kind of car. You'll enjoy the attention you get driving her. People of all ages are constantly giving the thumbs-up. My son and his dad did most of the work in 2005 for my birthday. I tore my rotator cuff in my right shoulder a year ago. After driving her and the vette (for sale also) this summer I am clear that a stick is no longer in my driving plans. So here they go. Details on her. Most of the work was done in 2005 and here is the short list: replaced floor pans, new kick panels and moulding, new rocker panels, replaced carpet, replaced radio, gas adjust shocks all around, engine dress kit, new dash, new speedometer, new seat covers, new sway bar, Monte Carlo bar, replaced rear leaf springs. My favorite thing is the way the car sits...perfect! They replaced the front springs and lowered it, new Nexxen tires on the front and new Ezzenza tires on the back (both with less than 2000 miles on them) and put Eleanor style rims on. The tires and rims really are gorgeous. (there is something about 8 inches all around about the rims). It has stainless steel disc brakes in front and replaced drums in 2005.The engine is a stock 289 with a three speed transmission. The top is new and been garage since put on. I have the boot/cover piece for when the top is down but I have never used it. It is included though for your amusement. My son changed the oil and put a new valve cover gasket on last weekend. The trunk is pretty clean and has the original plaid trunk mat, spare tire cover and jac-pak. It has 59,212 miles on it.

Flaws- the shifter knob is upside down ( R) is straight up and (1st) is straight down (the knob says different) consider it a dumb thief device!

I took pictures of the three body flaws, the one on the trunk is the most noticeable to me. There are bubbles on the rear tire wells.

Of course, it snowed today and supposed to snow tomorrow so the white flecks are snow and some of the pictures were taken inside the garage so the lighting wasn't bright.
