This is a 69 mach 1, selling for a friend of mine.  It has solid original rocker panels, torque boxes, and frame rails.  The trunk floors are fine, and the engine compartment is fine except for the battery tray that requires replacement.   The quarter panels are brand new as are the outer fender wells that join the quarter panels.  The lower rear mach 1 valence is also new.  The two front floor pans have been replaced, but still need a bit of welding underneath.  The floor behind the driver's seat has some pin holes.  The front fenders are fine.  The doors have been patched with medal on the corners.

There is no trunk deck or hood, the whole body will need to be sanded and painted.  The interior needs to be redone.  I have the mach 1 front seats, and just one section of the back seat, side panels were not that great, so you need new ones.  The door panels need to be replaced, generally the interior needs to be redone.  There is no windshield or door glass.

The 351 4 barrel engine runs great, a  four barrel carburetor was installed after the picture was taken, it has headers.  There is a 9" rear, with new rear brakes.  The front has drum brakes.   The transmission is a 5 speed manual, but I do not have the clutch cable attached to the clutch pedal.  The fairly new dual exhaust needs to be attached to the headers.  The car needs restoration, if something in describing the car was missed, it was not intentional.

The car has the windshield tag, the door tag, the inner fender number, and the buck tag present.  It has a clear Florida title.   The car is worth restoring

A brand new drive shaft was ordered today, Monday, as it had to be custom made for the five speed.

I have had several questions about the reserve, I really do not want to reveal the reserve. But keep in mind the following:

This car does not need any frame work, any torque box work, any rocker panel work. All the hard work has already been done- new quarter panels, new outer fender wells, new front floor pans.  It has a rebuilt 351 windsor engine, the car is a M code, and it has a more up to date 5 speed instead of the four speed that it had.  What is the car worth?   Calculate how much it would cost to buy a mach 1 that needs work, how much to pay to do all the  necessary work, how much it would cost to rebuilt the engine, how much it would cost to put a 5 speed, put all this together, price becomes pretty high, but the reserve is not that much, it is reasonable.

The driveshaft is hooked up, the headers have been hooked up to the exhaust via a temporary extension(should be done properly by a exhaust place).. this was done so that you can hear how powerful the car sounds, and how it shifts.
