I am selling one of the 12 cars from my collection, namely my '94 Indy Pace Car Cobra Convertible. The car is Rio Red with tan interior and has a 5 speed transmission. I am the third owner of the car, and have paperwork back to the original owner in Georgia. The car has been in Georgia and Tennessee its entire life.

Ford only built 1000 Pace Cars in 1994 to commemorate the Mustang once again pacing the Indianapolis 500. My car is # 75 of the 1000. I have all the documentation for the car from the Ford SVT division, as well as the original unused Indy Pace Car decals that are still in the original box from Ford.

The exterior, interior and the convertible top are all in excellent condition as you can see from the attached pictures. I have the original boot cover and boot cover bag, both of which are also in excellent shape.

Several upgrades have been made to the car. A Maximum Motorsports strut tower brace has been added. Eibach Prokit springs and Bilstein shocks and struts were added to not only lower the car, but to aid in handling. A Hotchkis camber kit was added to properly align the car after lowering. In addition, a Steeda short shifter has been added, along with an Optima red top battery, a Saleen light bar, and a Flowmaster catback exhaust system.

The car has been meticulously maintained, and the oil has always been changed with Mobil 1. The car needs absolutely nothing.

While my car has 77,800 original miles, it looks and drives like a car with far less mileage. If you are looking for a really nice, tastefully modified, low production collectible Mustang to drive and enjoy right now and one that will go up in value over time, consider my car.
