**Please note that there is a tear in the convertible top, but no water leaks in. The back driver-side window does not roll down (probaly just the motor). Also there are the normal four year old dings and scratches on the body of the car (not too noticeable). I will also throw in a flowmaster exhaust system free of charge ($400 value).
