I bought this car from the estate of original owner. It needs total restoration, but it does yard drive and run.  There is a little top end noise from the engine until it warms up. It then seems to run good. I have a video of the car running. No new tuneup has been done to the car (ie, distributer, points, plugs, wires. The transmission and clutch work and the car goes into all gears. The car is currently in red primer, but there are still signs of the original highland green paint ( same color as the car in the movie bullet). There is plastic filler in the body. The odometer shows 16000 miles but cannot be documented as original. Most glass is good , minor scratching, the windshield does have a crack. I believe to have most parts to the car minus the radio, rear qaurter end cap trim, rear qaurter ornaments (scoops) carpet and air cleaner snorkel. (may be other parts missing, but this is the best inventory based on our knowledge and inspection) Currently the driver side floor pan is tack welded into place to allow the drivers seat to be installed and provide the ability for the car to be driven while loaded on a trailer or transport. The other floor pan is just sitting in place with passenger seat mounted. Some patchwork has been done on the structure of the tub. But the car will need new rear and center frame rails. (Do not have these). Floors and trunk drop offs will need to be installed as well as all other sheet metal that will come with the car. The rails forward of the cowl should be able to be utilized as is or with minor repair. Needs new interior, however plastic rear quarter trim peices and foldown seat are in good shape (in my opinion) this needs to be mentioned as they are usually hard to find peices and moderately expensive when you do find them. All seats will need to be recovered as upholstery is dry. Seat buns and frames are good. New sheet metal (included but not installed) includes :

New qaurter panels, new rear outer and inner wheel housings, new trunk drop offs, new torque boxes, new floor pans, new floor to cowl floorboard extensions, new seat risers, rear valance, rear tailight housing, new engine compartment inner fenders. All new sheetmetal should be able to be shipped inside the car via commercial transporter or trailer.

This is a highly desirable Ford Mustang Fastback very deserving of restoration. The car is sold as is.  I highly advise you to ask questions on this car. I can be reached by email or phone (920)-264-2265. Inspections are recomended and welcomed. I can meet any inspectors at Green Bay Wisconsin airport and provide transportation to see car.

Car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early or reject any and all bids.

Good Luck Bidding!
