Up for action is a 1966 mustang coupe.  The car has an amateur restoration approx 5 years old.  This mustang has a 289 V8 with an aftermarket 4 barrel carburetor and a 3 speed automatic transmission.    It has power steering and after market air conditioning.  AC works but could us a little more Freon.

   As you can see from the photos the car is red with a black vinyl top. The red paint shows some orange peal but could be nice if it was compounded and polished. 

There is some exterior damage at the front of the drivers door from rubbing on the rear of the front fender it?s cleared now but did rub the paint and has a wrinkle.  It shows in the photos and I can send more photos upon request.  All the exterior chrome was replace along with a new black top when the car was restored.   The wire wheels are original Ford.  Tires are new.   I believe the floor pans were replaced car has been undercoated in this area. 

   The interior was completely replaced when the car was restored.  As you can see it looks great.  There is an aftermarket center console between the front seats.  All the interior and exterior lights and gages work. 

   I purchased the mustang from a specialty car dealer 2 years ago. Like I said it?s an amateur restoration not perfect but not bad for a 40 year old car.  I?ve driven it on a few overnight trips with the local car club.  Never had a problem and always got us home.

    The car had a Kentucky title when I bought it.  I applied for a Texas title and it came in marked ?Rebuilt/Salvage?.  I have not had any problems with that but wanted to state it.

   I work close to where the car is stored and encourage you to come by and inspect the car anytime.  I don?t and I?m sure you don?t want any surprises.

    I?ve got a problem with the IRS.  The tax man is after me that?s the reason I?m selling the car.  If your interested in the car please ask all the question you can and please bid.  It you don?t have the money to purchase it please ask all you like but don?t waste time bidding.  The reserve is low so bid to win.

 The car has to go to satisfy taxes.  Don?t get yourself in trouble testing IRS.  Me and Willy Nelson will tell you, ?don?t mess with the IRS?.

At the end of the sale winner has 24 hours to make a $ 500.00 non refundable deposit.  Paypal would be great.  The rest needs to be paid with in 10 days personal checks welcome.  Soon as it clears the car is yours.  I can?t deliver but will be glad to help with shipping.
