Hate to do this, but I need to buy a house. Up for sale is my pride and joy, my 1984 Mustang GT. I've had this car for over eight years and done all of the modifications myself. I built the stroker, added the trans and painted the car when I still lived in Texas. I finished it when I moved to Ohio, and have been slowly trying to finish it. This combo has never been to the track. Basically all that this car needs to be 100% ready is an alignment since I added the k-member, one exhaust tube needs to be welded since I added the new headers, and the back tires have cracks in the sidewalls from sitting so long, and the shifter needs to be hooked up to the trans. The car did run 7.52 in the 1/8th and a 1.62 60' with a NA 351w TKO trans. I estimate the hp the around 550-600rwhp. If you use the buy it now, I will include the NOS big shot plate kit, the stock hood, a CSR electric water pump, the inner bumpers and all of the extras that go with the car This car is basically brand new, Motor and trans have maybe 20 miles on them, and have not been raced. This is one bad ass street car. If you want to take this thing to the track, i would recommend adding a roll cage.
Engine: 351w stroked to 420ci built by Westside Machine in Houston, Tx, Cat internally balanced forged crank, Probe RPM Series Forged 6.200 rods with ARP 2000 bolts, SRP forged pistons with either 14.5 or 19.5 cc dish (compression is 10.1:1), Brodix Track 1 225 heads with 2.10 intake valves, 1.60 exhaust valves, springs good to .700 lift, titanium retainers, 7/16th studs, Crower 1.7 steel bodied roller rockers with long style poly locks, Comp solid roller cam .649 intake lift .641 exhaust lift 276 intake duration at .050, and 280 exhaust duration at .050. Hardened pushrods (Length was checked by the machine shop). I do have the cam card. Main stud girdle, Canton 7qt oil pan, High volume standard pressure oil pump, FRPP hardened oil pump shaft. MSD billet dist. MSD TFI Coil, MSD 8.5mm wires. FRPP tall aluminum valve covers, Billet vents and oil fill. Victor Jr. intake, runners have been port matched to a 1262 gasket, but plenum is untouched. Intake has been clear coated. Race Demon 1000cfm carb. CSR throttle bracket. Accufab 1 3/4" Long tube headers with 3" collectors. 3" dual exhaust with a Dr Gas-X x-pipe, and dynomax round mufflers. Power master chrome alternator, March polished pullies, FRPP SFI balancer, SFI flexplate.
Transmission: C4 built by Transking in Galveston, Tx. Rated to 800hp. Case fill, Fully rollerized, Aluminum SFI Bellhousing, scattershield, B&M trans cooler with 6AN lines, 4000 stall converter, reverse manual valve body, Transbrake, deep pan, FRPP aluminum driveshaft, Cheetah shifter.
Fuel system: Aeromotive A1000 fuel pump, aeromotive fuel filter, cartech fuel pickup, 8AN lines to the aeromotive regulator, then 6AN to the Carb, 6AN return line.
Front suspension: QA1 k-member, stock a arms, new ball joints, 10.8" rotors (from a 91' coupe) five lug, UPR steel caster camber plates, UPR Bump steer kit, Flaming river manual rack and pinion, Flaming River steering linkage, Lakewood 90/10 struts, and stock springs, Strange manual master cylinder, Hurst Line lock. 15x4 Centerline Telstars with 165 radials.
Rear suspension: 8.8" housing, 4.10 gears, 31 spline traction lock differential, Moser 31 spline axles, five lug with ARP 3" hardened studs, axle tubes welded, axle tube braces, HPM double adjustable upper control arms with solid bushings, Afco double adjustable lower control arms, QA1 single adjustable shocks, Ground Pounder adjustable coilovers, TA rear girdle, stock drum brakes. 15x8 Centerline Telstars with 28x11.5x15 ET Streets
Chasis: Paint is two years old. Weld in sub frame connectors, torque boxes welded up, lower torque box reinforced, Cervini 4" fiberglass hood. 85" rear wing. Interior is immaculate. Canyon Red interior. Ford Racing floor mats, FRPP tach, oil pressure and water temp guages. White face guages. Dash pad has no cracks. New interior screw kit was added when painted, all new weather stripping except for the sunroof. Taylor aluminum battery box, Optima red top battery. The HVAC control have been romoved and a switched panel has been added. I do have the the controls if you want to replace them.
