2000 Mustang GT 5spd

All black leather interior like new, this car drives just like any other but when you mash on the gas it really goes!  I wanted to beef-up the bottom end of the engine a bit so I pulled it out and went through it. I had the block bored .020 I fitted it with a set of the popular DSS forged pistons pro-x type [light-weight] also decided to up the compression ratio from the stock 9.7 to a racy 10.6 had the rods re-done, crank polished, and of course the whole spinning assembly balanced, new rings and bearings, I even replaced all the high torque bolts as required(got them from ford) not cheap, new steel swirl top race valves, competition valve job to the heads, I didn?t change the cams because I like the 25 MPG it still gets {no kidding]. I didn?t change the lifters either, but one of them has a slight tap when the motor is cold but you can't hear it at idle. if a person wants to change the cams and lifters its easy on these engines and its worth about 30-40 hp, but with out any other mods or chips its making about 35hp more than stock (at about 295 or so), engine still has stock throttle body so there?s plenty of opportunity for upgrades.  

This engine was built in April of 07 and now has about 22k on it, the car itself has 82k,since the engine was out I put in a new clutch too. the car runs and drives excellent, i just drove it down to Kentucky and back & ran perfect.  flow master mufflers, great body and interior original paint job but still pretty decent. I have some other issues going on at the moment and well the car must go. some mustang lover is going to get a great deal on this one. I have $3000 in receipts alone and I have all of them.  Non smoker car!!
