1. If this is a NO RESERVE auction and you are the high bidder at auction end, you own this vehicle. By bidding on this vehicle you are entering into a legally binding contract. 2. We do our best to accurately describe each vehicle however; I am sure I have inadvertently made an error or left some information out when describing this vehicle. 7. We do not guarantee that the exterior of your vehicle will be clean upon delivery if it is shipped on an open truck.
8. We do not guarantee that the vehicle comes with an owner's manual, keyless remote or cigarette lighter unless shown in pictures.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of auction end. You can pay your deposit by credit card, wire transfer, money order or cashier's check. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements have not been made, the vehicle can be made available to the next buyer. The remaining balance is due within the first 7 days of the auction end. We do not accept PayPal or credit cards for the full payment. If financial transactions are not completed in the time period stated above you will risk losing your deposit.
