If you are traveling from out of town, we would be happy to pick you up at either Tampa International(TIA) or St. Pete/Clearwater(PIE) airports during normal business hours with prior notice.
A detail, 27 point safety inspection and oil change is included in all sales.
Many of our auctions are ended early by using the Buy It Now on eBay, we reserve the right to end the auction at any time, sell the vehicle retail and cancel all bids, or sell the vehicle to the highest bidder on eBay based upon receiving a reasonable offer.
Dealer financing is available to qualified buyers. Not all buyers will qualify for financing on all purchases. We will be happy to email or fax a credit application and privacy statement. NOB or it's parent company will not be liable for expenses incurred because the customer cannot obtain financing.
Winning bidder is asked to contact the seller within 24 hours after auction end either by email or phone. An email will be sent to the high bidder upon auction completion requesting buyer information for the purchase paper work. Please return this information as soon as possible.
Cash for in person transactions ONLY, Certified Funds or Bank Financing for all others. ALL PAYMENT WILL BE MADE IN US DOLLARS.
Winning bidder is asked to make a $500 non-refundable deposit by PayPal within 24 hours of auction end. DO NOT send any other money until requested. All purchase documents will be sent by over night carrier, and should be returned promptly with a copy of buyers drivers license and remaining payment as listed on the buyers order/bill or sale. An auction that cannot be completed due to bidder does not constitute a failure to produce on the part of seller. Refunds will not be issued because buyer can not complete transaction for personal reasons, changed mind etc, please be prepared to complete your transaction. Failure to complete transaction will result in the re-listing of the item.
eBay high bid is the cost of this vehicle. Any applicable dealer fees are included in the auction end bid. If you are a dealer and choose to buy our cars, please note that you will also be charged the dealer fee in the final price. There will be no re-negotiating this deal upon arrival. Please be sure you know everything about this vehicle before making your high bid. If you will need financing, bidder/buyer must have the arrangements made before the auction ends. Florida buyers will be charge state sales tax and tag transfer fees. Out of state buyers will be charged sales tax based on their zip codes for the appropriate amount as required by their home state.
Be advised that if you live in the following states sales tax is NOT RECIPROCAL AK, AR, DC, MD, MS, MT, NH, OK, OR. If you reside in any of these states you may be subject to paying sales tax twice if the vehicle is driven back from our dealership. If you have ANY questions regarding sales tax please ask before bidding. Nissan of Brandon does not arrange or pay for shipping, nor do we endorse any particular shipping company. In most instances, we are not required to collect sales tax on vehicles that are shipped with a proper bill of lading.
Florida residents will be charged $250 to transfer an existing tag; Florida residents requiring a new tag will be charged $250. If there is a credit balance after transfer or origination of the tag it will be refunded when the tag/registration is sent to you. Most out of state buyers are obligated to have the vehicle registered within 45 days in their home state.
If a deposit is not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can be made available to other potential buyers, both locally and to eBay bidders, on a first come, first served basis.
Most vehicles are available for sale on our retail lots and are subject to sale prior to auction end or the vehicle can be sold to a high bidder on eBay who has submitted a reasonable offer. Should this happen; we reserve the right to end the auction at our discretion for any reason.
Vehicle sales transaction must be completed within seven (7) days of auction end.
Please have your financial arrangements made prior to bidding. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding.
Unless you are bidding on one of our fine new Nissan vehicles, ALL vehicles are being sold "AS IS-WHERE IS".
Only vehicles with remaining factory or existing extended warranties are sold with an expressed warranty, all others are sold without warranty expressed or implied. Extended warranties are available on most vehicles for an additional cost. Please ask for coverage amounts and tern lengths.
If we state a vehicle is being sold "AS IS WHERE IS", it has been given a 27 point safety inspection. The vehicle may have mechanical and/or cosmetic imperfections; we will only sell that vehicle if the issues do not render the vehicle unsafe to operate. Details such as minor oil leaks, warm AC and paint/interior imperfections will noted in the photographs and in the written explanation in our presentation under the "CONDITION" heading.
All vehicles are sold AS IS - WHERE IS, with no warranty, expressed or implied, from the seller. Extended coverage can be purchased on most vehicles for an additional customer charge. If you desire extended coverage please let us know so that it can be figured into the total price.
There may be manufacturer's factory warranty remaining. It is the bidders responsibility to verify remaining warrantee with the manufacturer. Please have all inspections done prior to bidding. Pre-sale inspections are not only welcome, but are recommended, and are available. Inspection companies are easily found on the web as well as within eBay. All inspections are the responsibility and cost of the bidder.

Nissan of Brandon will not guarantee audio or video systems, factory or aftermarket. This includes all aftermarket electronics, CD and cassette players, speakers, amplifiers, AM/FM units, VCRs, TVs, or DVD players.
Under no circumstances will BID RETRACTIONS be allowed within the last 24 hours of any auction. If you have entered a bid in the last 12 hours, please make sure you have already obtained enough pertinent information about the item to feel satisfied should you be the high bidder.
If you are not sure about something, PLEASE ASK! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

If they are included we will notate it as such, if it is not listed they are not included.
