All of our vehicles are checked out prior to being put up for sale and are ONLY purchased from reputable wholesale dealers, end of lease auctions, and private trade ins. We do not deal in any salvaged or rebuilt vehicles.

KAM Motorsports was started due to the owners love of automobiles dating back to his early childhood. Our companys founder spent his adolescent years studying and obsessing over the past, present, and the future of the automotive industry. After graduating college, he started a display technology company selling online, and eight years later, it was listed under the Inc 5000 fastest growing companies in the US. We are a licensed/registered New York State Automobile dealer. Our offices and warehouse are located in Holbrook New York, on Long Island. If you choose to fly in to inspect or test drive a potential vehicle, we are only a 5 minute drive from Islip McArthur airport and offer pickup service. If you require a weekend appointment, just let your salesperson know ahead of time.

The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions:

Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Please do not bid if you're not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle. Please read eBay's User Agreement

We do our best to accurately describe each vehicle in detail. It is possible that we may have inadvertently made an error or left some information out when describing this vehicle. Please ask any and all questions prior to bidding. If there is something not mentioned in this ad or something you would like to know, please email or call us with your questions.

We welcome and encourage potential buyers to inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. If you choose to inspect a vehicle yourself and live far from Long Island, NY: You can fly into Islip MacArthur Airport and we will pick you up. If you move forward with the purchase of the vehicle, we will automatically refund up to $200 off the price to help cover your travel expenses! (*please ask for details on $200 offer) If you choose to have it done by a licensed professional, you MUST do so at your own expense. Inspections must be conducted before the auction ends.

If you are planning to finance this vehicle through a lending institution, you MUST secure the loan prior to bidding. Secure all finances and be able to follow through with payment BEFORE you bid. Please call us if you require assistance in obtaining financing.

If you are the high bidder at auction end, you have won this vehicle. By bidding on this vehicle you are entering into a legally binding contract. Please make sure that you agree with and are able to follow through with all of our terms and conditions. If you bid on this vehicle, that means you agree to all of our terms and conditions.

With any used vehicle, a few light surface scratches and a tiny ding or two should be expected. KAM Motorsports will answer all of your questions with regards to any minor dings or issues with the vehicle itself, but will not be held responsible after the purchase of a vehicle to fix such issues. We will guarantee that all vehicles have been tested, driven, and inspected for any mechanical issues prior to being placed for sale. This vehicle is being sold "as is". Manufacturers warranties may still apply. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. If you would like additional guarantees and protection from any future potential mechanical issues, please ask your salesperson about our extended warranty programs. We do not guarantee any audio or video equipment that may be in this vehicle. This includes stereos, CD players, speakers, TVs, VCRs, or DVD players. Please call if you have specific questions about operation or items included!

Every vehicle we sell is fully detailed interior and exterior. We do not guarantee that the exterior of your vehicle will be clean upon delivery IF it is shipped on an open truck.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS. **We do offer wholesale shipping and can arrange it anywhere in the continental U.S. All vehicles are shipped by insured, licenced and bonded carriers. KAM Motorsports will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! Shipping arrangements are assisted by KAM Motorsports, however, we are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with KAM Motorsports. All shipping companies have insurance policies that protect buyers against damage. If you come to pick up the vehicle, we can pick you up at Islip MacArthur Airport, or nearby train or bus station. This service is free of charge. We do require advance notice.

We do not guarantee that the vehicle comes with an owner's manual, extra key, keyless remote, floor mats or cigarette lighter unless shown in pictures. Please call to verify items included! We always do our best to purchase any missing items and install them prior to placing a vehicle up for auction.

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this auction, or do so through a person of such age. You must also be 18+ years of age to test drive or purchase a vehicle from KAM Motorsports.

(1) Obtain and verify registered information for all users who bid on our auctions. (2) Cancel any bids at our discretion and end the auction if necessary.

* *If you are the high bidder at the end of this auction or click "BUY IT NOW", you must contact us within 24 hours to set up payment arrangements. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of auction end. You can pay your deposit by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or wire transfer. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements have not been made, the vehicle can be made available for sale to the next buyer. The remaining balance is due within 3 days of the deposit. Unless other arrangements are made prior, we reserve the right to keep 50% of your deposit and place the vehicle back up for sale if final payment is not received within the 4 day period (weekends/holidays not included). We do not accept PayPal or credit cards for the full payment due. All final balances must be paid using Cashier's check, bank loan check, bank wire, or cash in person only. If financial transactions are not completed in the time period stated above, you will risk losing your deposit. If you choose the Buy It Now Option, the auction will be ended early and the sale will be completed through Ebay.

KAM Motorsports collects sales tax for New York sales only. New York residents are required to pay the state sales tax, title transfer fees, registration fees, and license plate fees. These are all derived from the NYS DMV, NOT KAM Motorsports. All buyers are to pay a $185.00 prep fee, and $75 documentation fee. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.

Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In some cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments from the time we pay a vehicle off. Once received, we will overnight at no additional charges. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.

Once a vehicle has been paid for, we will allow 5 business days, not including weekends or holidays for pickup. Once vehicles are held past this term, you may be subject to a $25 per day storage fee unless other arrangements have been made.
