A $500.00 deposit by credit card or certified funds is required within 48 hours of listing close. All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance due in certified funds, wire transfer, or we can arrange competitive financing for qualified buyers. A $75 documentation fee and $20 county tax will be charged at the time of the sale.
