For sale is a Vibrant Red 1992 Ford Mustang LX Convertible Limited Edition.  All the cars had Preferred Equipment Package (245A) and the Special Edition Package installed. The SE package consisted of Vibrant Red paint, color keyed body side moldings and mirrors, white top, white leather Mustang GT style seats, white interior trim (door panels, armrests, rear seat, top cover), White Opal Pearlescent 16" GT wheels, and a rear deck lid spoiler was installed.  A total of 2196 cars were produced.

This car had the after market rims on it when I purchased it in 2001, I do not know what happened to the originals.  This car only has 68,500 miles on it.  Everything works including the air conditioning.  The car runs and drives well.  I installed a new heavy duty radiator and a 180 degree thermostat.  I just serviced the transmission including replacing the pan gasket and filter.  I also replaced the rear transmission seal.  The transmission does appear to have a slow leak where the rear transmission housing connects to the main housing.  Except for the rims and the new parts this car is all original.  I can tell the the car has been painted on the rear passenger side fender, but all of the panel tags still match the car.  The only rust is where the spoiler attaches to the trunk lid and by the radio antenna (see Photos).  The interior is excellent except for the front seats showing some wear (see photos).  The windshield has a 6 inch crack on the passenger side from a rock hit.  The top is original and needs to be replaced. 

My wife and I like this car very much, but can't afford to keep it anymore (another new baby on the way).
