Pennsylvania is a title holding state. Some titles take up to 21 days to receive from lien holders. Titles that are paid for by cashiers check are held up to 10 business days for checks to clear. We reserve the right to end this auction early for any reason and to sell the car to our walk up traffic at any time before end of auction. Please call for further details.

Payment Types:

We accept payment via PayPal (Deposit ONLY), money order, bank check, certified check, cashier check or wire transfer for remaining balance. Personal checks, PayPal and credit cards are NOT accepted for balance. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due within 24 HOURS of auction close. Remaining balance to be paid within 3 DAYS of auctions close, or vehicle will be put back on market and deposit will be forfeited. YOUR TAX RATE CAN BE AFFECTED DEPENDING ON WHICH COUNTY YOU LIVE IN. REGISTRATION FEE"S WILL DEPEND ON IF A NEW METAL PLATE WILL BE NEEDED - OR IF YOU ARE TRANSFERRING AN ALREADY REGISTERED METAL PLATE. Deposit:

We require a non-refundable $500 deposit within 24hrs of winning the auction. Deposit accepted via personal check, PayPal, credit card or certified funds.

Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder. We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles (no salvage titles, no reconditioned titles) unless noted in the auction. All miles stated are actual and accurate (unless otherwise stated in the listing). Please understand that the mileage may be slightly higher at time of delivery due to test drives and transportation.


Buyer Pickup:

Vehicle pick up by auction winner or shipping company is to be arranged at least 24hrs in advance for scheduling purposes. We are available normal business hours Monday - Friday and 9-3 on most Saturdays. We are not open on Sundays.
