Your bidding on a VERY NICE 2006 Ford Mustang with 26,367 "Actual Miles". The Mustang was recently repo'ed from tis' previous owner for non-payment and is being offered with NO RESERVE. This is an ABSOLUTE SALE and the car will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of the ending price of the auction so I encourage you to bid to WIN!

Vehicle Condition

I would consider the car to be in "Above Average" condition based on the year and mileage on the car, please read below for specific details.

Title

We have listed the title as "Salvage" but we do have a CLEAN title in our possesion for this vehicle. The car was at one time did have a salvage title and was a theft recovery. This car WAS NOT involved in any accidents, it was a theft recovery...there is absolutely no paint work in this car!

The Exterior

The exterior of the Mustang looks great and appears to have been a very well cared for car. The factory original paint is in excellent condition and shows with a shine and luster, seriously the car still looks brand new. I'm sure the car might show normal exterior wear with a minor door ding or scratch here or there but nothing worth noting or disclosing at all. The exterior of the Mustang is pretty much flawless and shows like a brand new car. I would consider the exterior to be in "above average" condition considering the age and mileage on the Mustang.

The Interior

The interior is shows very well and the cloth interior is in excellent condition and shows with very little wear, if any at all. The carpets are clean, fresh, and free from any stains or imperfections. I believe the car was previously owned by non-smokers as the car does not smell nor show the wear of a previous smoker. The interior of this car is VERY Clean and I consider the interior to be in "Above Average" condition considering the age of the car.

Mechanically

Mechanically the car runs drives out very well. The motor fires right up and runs out nice, smooth, and quiet. The automatic transmission shifts out perfectly without any hesitation or slippage between shifts as you work your way up to highway speeds. At highway speed the car is very comfortable and quiet and has a very nice ride. The A/C blows cold and all the electrical power options work and function like they should including the power windows, power mirrors, keyless entry, and so on. The tires have approximently 80% or less treadwear remaining on a nice set of tires.

This car really hits the road right and I would consider the mechanical condition to be "Above Average" based on the low mileage and excellent driveability of this vehicle.

Overall

This is a very nice car for not allot of money, in all seriousness this is a SMOKING deal for the money and I would be very surprised if the auction went the distance. It is somewhat rare to see a vehicle this clean and in this good of shape considering the year and mileage on the truck, this is a very nice Mustang!

TITLE DELAYS

In most cases titles are not immediately avaliable for delivery when your there to pick up your vehicle. In most (90% of the time) cases title delays take roughly 3 days to a week to sort out, however some titles can take up to 30 days to arrive in our office after you have purchased and took delivery of your vehicle. Title delays are a normal part of every car dealers business which is why we are bonded and insured. If you have a specific question about a title delay please ask us before you buy, otherwise your expected to pay as outlined.

I'd be seriously surprised if the auction went the full distance due to what little money I need to get for this vehicle, so I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime for any reason as the vehicle is also being offered locally for sale.

Terms Of Sale

Terms and Conditions are as follows:

There is a 20% NON-REFUNDALBE deposit due within 48hrs of the close of the sale payable by cashier check or money order only via Fed Ex, NO EXCEPTIONS. Unless you plan on picking up the vehicle within 48 hours and paying cash in person you have to send in the deposit.

Immediately after the auction ends we will send you an email with our contact information. We expect you to contact us the day the auction ends to set up payment and pickup/delivery options.

PLEASE ADD AN ADDITIONAL $200 FOR DOCUMENTATION FEES.

We charge a doc fee on every vehicle we sell with no exceptions. The doc fee helps offset the cost of gas, cleaning supply's, office supply's, and all other insodental expense's that we incur to be able to offer these deals on ebay. Every car we sell gets a "light" clean up prior to taking pictures for ebay and delivery to the buyer which includes a hand wash and interior wipe down and vaccum, this is not a professional detail. Often times these vehicles have no gas in them when we get them so we have to put gas in them to get them back to our facility and in some cases they are transported by truck to our location.

Remaining balance is due within 5 days of the close of the sale payable by cash, cashiers check, money orders, or bank wire transfer. Cashiers Checks take up to 15 business days to clear our bank, so Bank Wire Transfers are our prefered method of payment. Alabama residents are required to pay sales tax and title fee's.

Due to the overwhelming amount of bogus cashiers checks we require that you pay in cash if you plan on picking up the vehicle in person and taking the title at the same time, no exceptions.

We invite you to fly in and pickup your vehicle at our location during normal business hours, and on the weekend by appointment only. Please note that due to the small size of our office staff we do not offer airport pick up serivces. To schedule an airport pick up from Birmingham or Huntsville Airports please call (256) 558-5087.

SMOG, Emmission testing, and Vehicle saftey inspections for registration purposes are the responsibility of the buyer and we CAN NOT gurantee them to pass out of state testing.
