Seller has invested more than $2900.00 into Mechanical Services and Repairs.  All work has been performed by Licensed ASE Certified Mechanics with verifiable receipts, only BRAND NEW MANUFACTURERS FACTORY OEM OR BETTER REPLACEMENT PARTS were used.  The good news for the Winning Bidder in this auction is that all of the major repairs are already done!  According to our mechanics, this sexy Mustang Coupe still has a lot of miles left in her.

There is normal fair wear and tear with the usual minor scratches and paint blemishes attributed to time and weather. There is NO sunburnt paint, NO peeling clear coat, and NO oxidation areas in the paint. This car is either garaged or parked under carport cover out of hot sun or inclement weather. There is absolutely NO RUST anywhere on body, wheel wells, floorboards, or trunk. Everything in this car is in excellent running condition. All electronics, switches, gauges and gadgets work! The A/C blows so cold it will freeze you out on the hottest of summer days! And the heater is toasty warm. The interior trim is in perfect condition and again all of the electronics work! This has been a non-smoking vehicle environment and the interior trim, seats, and headliner are in near perfect condition with no cigarette burns anywhere.

ELDON'S BODY & PAINT: 220 D Street, David City, NE  (402)367-3598  INSTALLED NEW OEM OR BETTER REPLACEMENT PARTS AS FOLLOWS:  Spoiler and Mounting Hardware were replaced with matching new FORD FACTORY REPLACEMENT PARTS.  No extra drilling was required to install the new Spoiler and there are no plug holes on trunk lid from the old one as the mounting hardware was an exact match.  Driver Side Window Actuator Arm and Power Motor were replaced.  The driver side Interior Door Trim was rehung with new clips.  Touch up sanding and paint was applied on the bumpers for aesthetic purposes in preparation for sale listing.  Replaced missing Heater Vent Louvers and Misc. drivers side door Hardware and Trim pieces.  The Body and Undercarriage were inspected and declared straight.  August 2009  $735.00

VEHICLE INSPECTION:  This car has been inspected and passed with good to excellent ratings a 100 +/- Point Inspection and Engine Diagnostic by an ASE Certified Mechanic.   Engine tested strong.  Transmission drives and shifts smooth as silk with no lurching or grabbing.  NO Engine Computer Faults. So bid with confidence!  October 2009  $189.95

KNOWN DEFECTS: Crack in windshield glass that runs from top left to right in a loop under the Mustang horse logo that in no way impedes driving visibility.  Minor crack on stereo face, stereo works fine and digital readouts are visible.  Minor 2.5" paint blemish behind drivers side door just below and into pin-striping.  Minor 4.5" dent between passenger door and front quarter panel.  (see enlarged pictures below.)  

CARFAX HISTORY REPORT:  Vehicle was acquired in Lincoln, NE, by Seller thru Lincoln Police Impound JUNE 2009.  The previous owner was arrested and the vehicle was seized during the arrest.  His loss is now your gain!  There were Odometer and Title issues relayed in the CARFAX History Report while it was in impound...  Those issues were addressed and resolved by the Lincoln Police Dept.  Vehicle was released from Police Impound with Clear and Clean Title.  The CARFAX History Report purchased by Seller and is being made available to bidders FREE of charge by request.

VEHICLE WARRANTY:  This vehicle is USED and is being sold in AS IS, WHERE IS condition, with NO WARRANTY from Seller expressed, written, or implied.  Seller has represented this vehicle as accurately and as honestly as possible.  

TITLE DOCUMENTS:  Winning Bidder will receive Bill of Sale and Clear and Clean Vehicle Title & Transfer Documents upon final payment. 

PAYMENT TERMS:  We will contact Winning Bidder immediately upon auction end and disclose our Final Payment Invoice and instructions.  Winning bidder must make contact within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. DELIVERY SERVICES:  Seller can arrange to have vehicle driven to Winning Bidder within 500 miles of David City, NE. to any AmTrak Passenger Rail Terminal or Public Airport with passenger services, as we must insure our drivers return transportation. (Fees are based on cost of Insurance, Calculated Destination Miles, and Estimated Return Transportation Costs for our Drivers.  ALL payments must have been received by Seller before Delivery.)
