If we do not hear from you, NEGATIVE FEEDBACK and a NON PAYING BIDDER ALERT will be filed with eBay. Then the vehicle may be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The transaction must be completed within 10 days of the auction. If not, and an alternative arrangement has not been made, the vehicle may be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Payment forms accepted are Visa,Mastercard (FOR DEPOSIT ONLY) up to $1000. Final payment due by Cash in person,Cashiers-Check or Certified Funds or Bank to Bank Wire Transfer Also 3rd party lenders such as eBay financing (household) or E-Loan. NO PERSONAL OR COMPANY CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT. Florida residents must pay applicable state sales tax and license and registration fees. We will handle all licensing and title work for Florida Buyers. Out of state buyers, when the vehicle is shipped to them, are responsible to pay all taxes in the state where they are registering the vehicle and do not have to pay any taxes or fees to the state of Florida. Should buyer wish to pick this vehicle up in Florida, Seller will collect applicable sales tax on behalf of the state in which Buyer is going to register the vehicle. This applies only when the buyer "takes possession" of the vehicle in Florida. Should buyers state sales tax be greater than 6%, buyer will have to pay any tax owed over the 6% Florida requires Seller to collect when they register the car in their state. Should Buyers state sales tax be less than 6%, seller will collect whatever the Buyers state requires and no more. Seller can furnish Buyer a 30-day temporary license plate. Buyer must have proof of insurance on this vehicle and a valid drivers license.
