You are looking at a really nice 00 MUSTANG SALEEN 281 SUPERCHARGED #58. This car has never been in accident (CARFAX GUARANTEED).
This SALEEN is beautiful perfectly maintained. There is absolutely nothing that needs to be done with this car.
Exterior:
It's in perfect shape; there are no dings or dent that needs to be mentioned. The paint is still shine. Rims are original chrome SALEEN, and they are in perfect shape no damage at all.
Interior:
It's in excellent shape. The black leather still looks good; it's not ripped or cracked. The headliner and sun visors are all black also that makes the car looks even better. There is a 7" touch screen DVD.
Engine:
It's the best part of this car, it's an amazing ride. I could not resist and took this car for a ride. If you floor...you better be ready to go sideways, it's so powerful and the sound of the exhaust makes you push even more.
Tires:
Front tires are really close to be new; I would say at least 85% of tread left. BF GOODRICH 265/35/18
Rear tires still have some life on it, I would day 40% of tread left.

Payment Methods:
Cash, certified check, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. All funds must clear before vehicles are released. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.
Deposit:
The successful high bidder will submit a $1000.00 non refundable deposit within 24 hrs of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. We prefer paypal as a deposit payment, but we also accept cashiers check and money orders.
Payment of Balance Due:
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Bidding;

Seller reserves the right to cancel any and all bids, or end the auction early at its sole and complete discretion before the close of the auction.

Bidder must be 18 years or older. Bid retractions are not allowed and will not be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end. High bidder must contact the seller within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction.
If you are the winning bidder and fail to complete your obligation to purchase, you agree to pay to BR AUTO MALL a relisting and restocking fee of $500.00. This is our business, we are offering top quality vehicles at wholesale prices, do not bid, if you have no intention to purchase.
Description and inspection:
Seller welcomes buyers pre-bid inspection at seller?s place of business but any such inspections must be completed prior to the auction ending, during regular business hours and shall be at buyers cost.
The vehicle is a used vehicle and has wear and tear and other faults that may not be readily apparent or may appear instantaneously. Our goal is to continue providing accurate descriptions. It is important to recognize that the vehicles we list are pre-owned. As a result there can be additional minor wear that should be expected such as minor scratches, small nicks and minor blemishes. These imperfections will not detract from the overall appearance and value of the vehicle.
Accessories such as cigarette lighters, manuals, floor mats, remotes and CD magazines may also be missing.
All vehicles may be driven during an auction in the normal course of our business and could have slightly more miles than listed in the auction
Warranty:
To the best of our knowledge we have identified any mechanical problems that are present in the description above. However, we are selling the vehicle "as is", without warranty unless the vehicle has a remaining factory warranty, otherwise, the vehicle is being offered as is where is with any and all faults.
Seller expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and neither assumes nor authorizes any person to act for it regarding any liability in connection with the sale of the vehicle.
Seller's right:
Seller reserves the right to cancel the sale if, in seller?s sole opinion, the buyer is unreasonable or abusive. Seller will warn buyer only once that their behavior, actions or positions are perceived by seller to be unreasonable or abusive prior to canceling the transaction. If seller cancels the transaction due to buyer being unreasonable or abusive seller will refund any deposit or payment made by buyer but no other costs incurred by buyer of any kind.
All vehicles are subject to prior sale and auction cancellation only before bidding closes or the reserve price is met . We will notify bidders if we have to cancel an auction.
Titles and ownership?s :
Title delivery can take up to 30 days from the date of final payment. Final payment date is the date that the funds clear our bank.
We buy most of our cars from new car dealers, and in some cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait for the title, which could be delayed up to 30 days. So far this has only happened a few times on cars we have sold on eBay.
If you do not accept all of the above conditions and rules then do not bid on this auction.
