You are looking at a rare Ford Mustang Shelby Cobra GT500 Convertible. This beauty has a classic retro Shelby paint scheme (performance white with torch red racing stripes). The Red Stripe package is a factory option, and is very rare. This package also includes special floor mats with red logos, and red highlights on the cars badging. The convertible top on the Shelby GT500 is not the typical vinyl top seen on most Mustang convertibles. It is a high quality cloth top like you would expect to find on high end european automobiles.
This Shelby has been adult driven and professionally maintained throughout the summer by the owner of this Ford franchise. This car has never been titled or registered, and is being sold as new.
This car's interior is finished in solid charcoal black leather with the optional performance trim package. This package includes a leather-wrapped and stitched instrument panel brow and center console, upgraded door armrests and aluminum pedal covers. Other optional equipment on this very special Shelby includes the fantastic 500 watt Shaker 500 premium audio system. The Shaker 500 is integrated with a 6 disc in-dash CD changer with MP3 capability, Sirius satellite radio, and 6 speakers with built in sub-woofers mounted in each door. An auxilliary audio input jack is included and is located in the center console storage compartment, so you can play your iPod (or any other MP3 player with a headphone jack) through this stereo system.
Under the hood of this Mustang is the most powerful production motor Ford has ever built. A 500 horsepower, supercharged 5.4 liter V8 that produces 480 lb.-ft. of torque.
This awesome Mustang is finished at the corners with unique 18" SVT rims, Goodyear Eagle F1 tires, and massive Brembo brakes. The car has also been with Eibach springs. The springs lower the front of the car 1.6", and the rear 2.0" Eibach springs not only enhance the handling of this awesome Mustang, they give it a lower, more aggresive looking stance.
