• The successful high bidder will submit a $500 Non-Refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle or risk a no-sale default.
• Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
• Deposits can be left via PayPal or Major Credit Card. We ONLY accept Certified or Cashier's Checks, or Wire Transfers as forms of payment. Please call if you have any questions.

• We welcome pre-sale inspection on all units, in fact, we recommend it!
• Any descriptions we make of vehicles shall not be construed as any type of warranty. Our pictures are as thorough and precise as we can make them, but they cannot show every dent, ding, scratch and scuff on a vehicle.
• Once a vehicle leaves our premises, no refunds, credits, or adjustments, will be issued.
• It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to have this vehicle thoroughly inspected (by a third party of buyer's choice) to satisfy him or herself as to the condition, value, and disposition of the vehicle. In the event a buyer elects to purchase a vehicle with (or without) an inspection, Kar Smart and JNT, Inc. assume no responsibility or liability for any repairs, service or miscellany needed by the buyer.
• All Vehicles are conveyed AS-IS. Many vehicles may have factory warranty in force at the time of sale. Dealer neither makes nor implies any warranty on this or any vehicle. We do offer extended service contracts, please see our warranty page.
• Vehicle mileage will vary slightly from the odometer picture due to road testing, test driving, and service visits.
• Be aware that these are Pre-Owned Vehicles. THEY ARE NOT NEW! Some scratches, dings, dents, and scuffs are normal and to be expected. We professionally inspect all vehicles and correct imperfections we deem appropriate. Therefore, some vehicles may have paint or body work, even though they have never been involved in an accident. Again, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to satisfy him or herself as to the disposition of the vehicle prior to purchase. We make every effort to describe our vehicles accurately and honestly, but it is a human process, and our opinions may differ.

For out-of-state sales, we ship titles via overnight carrier within 30 days of purchase. The vehicle will ship with a 30 day temporary tag. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. AS OF AUGUST 1, 2006 WE ARE REQUIRED TO COLLECT 6% SALES TAX FROM RESIDENTS OF INDIANA, ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, FLORIDA, MASSACHUSETTS, MICHIGAN, SOUTH CAROLINA, AND WASHINGTON. YOU WILL RECEIVE CREDIT WITH YOUR STATES DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES FOR ALL OF THE SALES TAX WE COLLECT. PLEASE CALL US WITH ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS NEW LAW.

Out of Country buyers please contact us at least 7 days in advance of ship date to allow for payment to clear and to prepare all documents for customs. If you have any questions about our transaction process, please feel free to call.

• Bidder and Buyer hereby agree that the proper venue for any and all legal proceedings arising from this transaction shall be Lexington, KY.
• Vehicle is delivered FOB Lexington, KY, and Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle. Any and all damages occurring as a result of or during transportation will be settled between the common carrier and the buyer. Kar Smart will be held harmless by both of the aforementioned parties.
• Vehicle is conveyed from our premises to the owner/buyer (sometimes via a common carrier) AS-IS, with no warranty or insurance other than that which the owner/buyer provides at the time of sale.
