The vehicle was purchased by the present owner in about 1985, and was stored inside until he began the restoration project in January 2006.  After countless hours of painstaking restoration, the car was completed in June 2008.  The owner loves restoring classic vehicles, and has had previous projects sold to the Kuwait Royal Family.   While enjoying the restoration process, he would rather sell than hold the completed masterworks.

The exterior is Ivy Green, metallic; base coat, clearcoat.  Interior is completely new, and black in color.  Wheels are 15" American Racing, with new Michelin tires.  Engine is an original 289, modified with GT 40 heads, a mild cam, roller rockers, 4 barrel intake manifold, with a new Edelbrock carb.  Car has HEI ignition system installed.  Exhaust begins with ceramic coated headers, through Dr. Gas pipes, to Spin Tech mufflers.  Transmission is a 4 speed top loader.  Rear end is the Ford Posi-traction. 

Air conditioning has been added (Vintage Air) so you can cruise in comfort. 

The car can be seen the August 29-31 weekend in Park City, Utah, at the MCA Grand National Mustang Show.
