WHO ARE WE?
We are CRS America, LLC. We are a licensed,
bonded wholesale and retail car dealer in the state of Utah. We have
been in business for well over 10 years and specialize in all types used vehicles.
Our Utah dealership ID number is DL#3529. This is a family business, and
our last name is Fuller hence the fullmeister1 id. We have been doing
business on eBay since 1998.

touch, kick the tires and drive at this address, unless specifically
noted in the description call ahead to make sure they are not out on a

WARRANTY
This is a reminder to all eBay bidders. These vehicles are USED vehicles
and are not new. Please expect a certain amount of wear, use, and flaws
as is standard on ANY used car. Obviously a car that is 8 years old will
show more wear and have more flaws than one that is 1 or 2 years old.
Please read all descriptions carefully to ensure you are fully aware of
the vehicle you are bidding on. The vehicle listed on this auction is
sold AS-IS, with no warranty written or implied unless otherwise stated!
AUCTION CONDITIONS
All of our auctions are 10 DAY LOW RESERVE
auctions. This means the car is usually sold to the highest bidder
regardless of price. We simply ask that you are a serious buyer and are
financially capable of completing the transaction within seven days of
the completion of the auction.
DEPOSIT
How much of a
deposit do you have to pay? We require a $500 deposit to secure the
transaction for the vehicle. We require that the deposit be paid within
48 hours of the close of the auction, by certified cashiers check or
acceptable credit card. The deposit is not refundable.
SHIPPING
Can we arrange shipping? Yes, we can arrange shipping
through one of several different transport companies we use on a regular
basis. We can have your vehicle shipped anywhere in the USA, and many
overseas destinations. Payment for shipping is the responsibility of the
buyer unless prior arrangements are made.
PAYMENT
VEHICLE DOES NOT SHIP UNTIL THE MONEY CLEARS THE BANK! We do NOT accept
escrow! We accept credit cards only through PAYPAL at
www.paypal.com only for the $500
deposit. If these forms of payment are not acceptable to you then
please do not bid.
FEES
Utah buyers will be required
to pay a $100 document fee, sales tax, property tax, emission and
inspection fee and a registration fee as per State of Utah law. All out
of state buyers will be required to pay a $100 document service fee and
will also be responsible for taxes Licensing and registration fees as
per their individual State laws but no additional fees to my dealership.
WINNING BIDDER NOTIFICATION
At the close of the auction we will
contact you by email and ask for your phone number. One of our
salespeople will then call you on the phone and go over all of the
details with you.
WHAT ELSE
Well lets see...We will
professionally detail your car before delivery and fill the tank with
gas for your trip home if you are driving. Should you decide to pickup
the vehicle, we can pick you up on the day of your arrival at the
airport, train station, etc...
OTHER
If you are new to
eBay (0 feedback) we will contact you be email to verify that you are a
serious bidder and not a minor playing on the computer. We are sorry if
this is an inconvenience for anyone, but due to previous problems it is
something we must do. If you have Negative Feedback, please do not bid
as your bid will automatically be cancelled. Thank you for
understanding. If you are a minor (under age 18) please do not bid as a
contract cannot be completed with you.

LEGAL NOTICE AND
INFORMATION - ALL BIDDERS PLEASE READ! |
- As a bidder, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase
the vehicle described in this auction and accept these terms. If you do not
intend to purchase this item, do not bid!
- You must have financial capability to pay for this vehicle. Please ensure
that you have the liquid funds (cash), or have all loans pre-approved! I can
help arrange financing. Or, for your convenience, there are many reputable
internet-based sources. But, please be sure to have this in order Prior To
Bidding!
- We accept verifiable Cashier's Checks, or funding
institutions' checks. We will also accept personal checks, however, we will wait
until the check clears before shipping the vehicle.
- Buyer will be contacted by e-mail by us after the auction closes and must
respond by phone within 24-hours of the e-mail to confirm your intention to
purchase or we reserve the right to resell or re-list the vehicle. Our
re-listing the vehicle does not negate our remedies for breach (please see item
14, below).
- Buyer must pay for the vehicle within ten days of auction end.
- Although we make every effort to accurately describe vehicles, are confident
in our analyses and have never had a customer feel our vehicles are in lesser
condition than described, to ease interstate commerce management, vehicles
are sold 'as is, where is' and we cannot be held responsible for
good-faith errors or omissions! Our 'Standard Features' portion is provided
for our customers' convenience as a reference, and much of it comes directly
from the manufacturer's site for the vehicle's year and model. We, and
manufacturers, sometimes list features in error. But, we always welcome and
encourage visual and mechanical inspections and test drives, by appointment, to
qualified bidders or competent service establishments working on the bidder's
behalf. And, we offer and encourage buyers to purchase an extended service
agreement for added protection, especially for vehicles beyond their original
manufacturer's warranty. However, all mechanical/condition/feature-type
inspections/due diligence must be completed prior to the final 24-hours of the
auction.
- Mileage on vehicle is approximate and was correct when picture for auction
was taken. Mileage may vary +100 to 300 miles due to the fact that the vehicle
may be driven on test drives or moved during the auction process.
- Utah residents only: Residents in the State of Utah will be
required to pay an additional $100 documentation fee (this pertains to both
standard bidding and "Buy-It-Now" features), sales tax, and related license and
registration fees, and emission and inspection fees.
- Non-Utah Residents: Residents out of the State of Utah will be
required to pay an additional $100 documentation fee (this pertains to both
standard bidding and "Buy-It-Now" features). Your State may require and you may
be responsible for paying sales tax and or other registration fees in your State when registering your vehicle.
At this time you will not pay any State of Utah Sales Tax.
- No 'open titles' to any buyer who cannot prove they are a licensed dealer.
In other words, the title will be reassigned to you on the back of the title
which is in my name and any lien information will be included. Title will be
sent to lien-holder, if any, unless permission is given from lien-holder to do
differently.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Seller can assist in
arranging shipping logistics within the continental U.S., yet Buyer acknowledges
that Seller is not responsible for damage or delays incurred once the vehicle is
out of the care and custody of the Seller. If you will be picking up the
vehicle, we will provide free transportation from Salt Lake City International
Airport to the vehicle during reasonable business hours. We request that
delivery occur between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, but are
amenable to other arrangements if necessary and agreed upon prior to arrival.
- Any illegal activities such as auction interference, bid shielding, not
fulfilling contractual obligation, and so on, will be prosecuted to the fullest
extent allowed by law. We will give appropriate transactional feedback on eBay,
as well.
- Buyer agrees, by placing bid on this auction, that Buyer has read,
understands and agrees to all terms listed here. Should professional services be
needed for breach or any misunderstandings, venue shall be in the State of Utah.
Buyer also understands that, since the automobile market changes rapidly, should
Buyer breach this purchase agreement by canceling sale or failing to tender
payment within fourteen days of auction end, the minimal amount of damages Buyer
agrees to pay seller shall be no less than $1000 or the difference between this
winning bid amount and the amount the vehicle is sold for to another purchaser,
whichever is greater, for loss, inconvenience, and/or bad faith plus any
reasonable professional fees.
- We are ethical business professionals and take our eBay auctions seriously.
This auction is reserved for qualified, registered bidders in the eBay
community.
