please check your email for instructions to checkout, or you can use the
checkout link that will show up on this auction. Please use the checkout link and checkout at our Channel Advisor only. If you send it to us directly through ebay or paypal we will not know. If you do that, please send us a seperate email to make sure we process your payment.

Please include a valid contact number with your payment. We pass this on to our shipping partner and they use that solely to contact you in case there is a problem or exception with your delivery. It only helps you, so please include that.

We do not ship to Post Office P.O. boxes.
We are not responsible for delays due to this problem. Please give a valid residential or business address, otherwise your package will be delayed.

Shipping to the domestic U.S. and
Canada is free. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands are not free.
Overseas shipping is also not free. Please check the shipping prices on
the auction for rates. Please make sure you choose the correct shipping
otherwise your package may be delayed.

There is a handling time of 1-3 business days before your package leaves our facility. From there it can take anywhere from another 1-5 business days to arrive to you domestically, and 1-8 business days if you are an international customer. Please keep this in mind.

We can are not responsible for shipping damage unless insurance is purchased. We inspect the packages to make sure they are not damaged before shipping to you. So any damages to the item will have been from shipping, and we can not replace it unless you purchase insurance.

Please include your valid contact telephone number to ensure quick and easy delivery of your item. We do not sell or pass on your information to any 3rd party. We only use it in case you need to be contacted for your item.

International items can not be shipped without a telephone number. If you do not provide one it will only delay your package.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the description. So please ask all questions before purchasing.

We only accept returns or exchanges for human error and manufacturer defect. All returns or exchanges must be approved first. So please contact us and send any pictures to us of the item and/or problem. Once approved we will issue you a return number to write on the outside of the return box. If there is a return without that number we have to refuse it. Please make sure to contact us first.

We can not take back any packages after 15 days, so please make sure to inspect your item when you receive it.

We can not take exchanges or returns if they are damaged or show signs of use. Please make sure to keep all original packaging as well.

- Our business hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm.
All calls and emails received during non business hours will be answered
the following business day in the order that they are received. Please
keep this in mind when emailing. Sending multiple emails will only slow
down the process for everyone. We answer every single email, so if you
do not receive one, we may be backed up, or you may have your spam
settings on and it might go to the spam folder.
- We will be contacting you immediately after
auction end with checkout instructions and item information.
- Tracking numbers are sent automatically. If you
do not receive one within 3-4 business days then please email us and we
would be more than happy to send it to you again.
- Please do not email us through ebay. All emails
sent through ebay must be signed on to ebay to answer, and our customer
service reps do not have access to log on to ebay. Therefore the email
will go unanswered. Please email us at the email sent to you after the
item is purchased.
