As you can see by my feedback I am a very honest seller.  Buying an ATV online can be scary.  You'll notice in a lot of auctions there is very little description and very few pictures.  In my auctions you get all the details, both good and bad.   In addition you are always welcome to come check this quad out and ride/inspect it for yourself before the auction ends to ensure your happiness.   However, if you are unable to do so I guarantee your happiness, with this:  If you win, get here and find that I have misrepresented it in any way, you can walk away without paying a dime and with no fear of bad feedback.

ATV:

This machine is THE ABSOLUTE BEST all-around ATV on the market in my opinion.   I am 36 years old and not a small man, and I still love to ride sport ATVs.   However, the small 450 class bikes are just too small and uncomfortable for my liking.   This machine, a 2005 Kawasaki KFX700 will literally do everything well and fit an adult.  These bikes feature a 697cc V-Twin torque monster of a motor with a fully automatic transmission.   They have electric start, reverse and shaft drive.   When these first came out I thought, ?who would want a sport ATV with an automatic transmission??, then I rode one.    They are amazing.    They have so much torque and power that they will lift the front tires off the ground at just about any speed with just a stab of the throttle.   Additionally, why shift gears?  These quads will run right with a 700 Raptor on the trails and you never even have to think about it, just give it gas and go.   You are never in the wrong gear, never trying to start out on a hill while slipping your clutch.   If you haven?t ridden one, trust me they are awesome and so much fun.

Additionally, due to the shaft drive and 22? rear tires these ATVs have way more ground clearance than the chain driven sport quads.  As a result they will go anywhere a 4x4 machine will go outside of the swamp.   Deep ruts, rocks and the like are no trouble and there is no such thing as a hill they won?t climb.    I get to own and ride every ATV made, Raptors, Renegades, YFZ450s, 450Rs, you name it.   This is my absolute favorite ATV of all time and I get to ride them all.   If you want to only race motocross, get a 450 race quad.   If you want to only mud run get a monster 4x4.   However, if you are like most of us and just ride for fun and like to do a little bit of everything, you just can?t beat a KFX700.

Condition:

This ATV is in excellent used condition.  Like most sport ATVs it doesn?t have an hour meter on it but based on the overall condition and tire wear I?d guess that it has around 50 hours of use.  The tires still have about 75-80% of the original tread left.

Beginning with appearance, it looks great.  The plastics are very nice.  They do have a few light scuffs but nothing serious.  The only blemish of note is that the tab on the inside of the left front fender is broken and so a zip tie was installed to hold the fender snug to the mount.    It is not loose and it a very minor issue and cannot even be seen unless you look up under but I thought I would mention it.    There is a close-up picture. 

The chassis and suspension are nice as well and show very little wear.    It has obviously not been abused.  All brakes and suspension components work great with no play or excessive wear.  

The engine runs perfectly.   It fires immediately and runs awesome.  The transmission shifts smoothly and the belt does not slip.  It has no smoke and no engine noises.  It runs and rides like a brand new machine.    It is truly in exceptional condition for an ?05.

In addition it has several of the most desirable bolt-on goodies already installed.  They include:

·         Aluminum front bumper

·         Aluminum wide rear grab bar

·         Aluminum nerf bars

·         Heavy gauge aluminum skid plates, a-arms, chassis and swing arm.

·         Customer seat cover

·         Hand guards

That?s about $1000 worth of stuff if you added it yourself after buying one.   The best part is, the motor is all stick and hasn?t been tampered with, so no worries there.

So overall you get a nice used ATV that will do anything a new one will do for a whole lot less than the $6499 it would cost you for a brand new one.

Details:

Overall this is a very nice ATV that will make someone very happy.  As for transaction details, I am located in Sadieville, Kentucky (40370).  We are right off Interstate 75, 25 miles North of Lexington KY and 60 South of Cincinnati, OH.  I am willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements.   Kentucky residents will be required to pay 6% state sales tax on top of the final bid amount.   We do not collect sales tax from out of state bidders and there are no other fees of any kind.

I don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first.   I will not sell it off eBay so there is no need to ask.   This ATV comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer or export to Canada.   I will also provide the new owner with a professional bill of sale and I guarantee it to be free of liens.  Lastly, I welcome your questions and pre-sale inspections, but it is used, so once it leaves here it is as-is.   Thanks and happy bidding.

We have sold many ATVs to Canada and I am fine with you bidding on this one, just know that there is some paperwork and headache required to get one out of the US.    Please do your homework before bidding and know what you are doing in advance.   I will be happy to help by faxing documents to customs, etc. but am not an expert on exporting ATVs, that is your responsibility.
