Shipping and Handling
Scionsport only ships all packages to the billing address of the credit card. The accuracy of this address is the responsibility of the cardholder. Address corrections that are made while in transit or after delivered to a wrong address are to the expense of the cardholder credit card as we incur charges from UPS for this service. Orders shipped to any address other than the billing address may be delayed or cancelled for credit card verification. For any shipping damages all claims must be filed within 24 hours or during the next day after recieved. No exceptions.
Domestic shipping rates include services within the Continental USA, where UPS ground shipment is available. Our International shipping rates include AK, HI, GU, VI, PR, PO Boxes, Military address/base, APO/FPO and Canada. Larger items (such as Spoilers and Body kits) may incur additional S/H fees if delivered outside of the continental U.S. So please confirm before bidding. Allow 5 to 10 days for delivery.
For UPS Ground Shipments, some products can be considered OS1 (oversized), which UPS charges 30 pounds; some products can be considered OS2, which UPS charges 70 pounds. There are certain products such as Body Kits, Bumpers, Spoilers, Exhaust systems, Fender, etc that will have an additional charge because it is over the size and weight restrictions.
Parts that are too large or too heavy for UPS are delivered by truck. Most truck freight items have Flat Delivery Rates, a Terminal Fee, an Inside Delivery Charge, and a Residential surcharge.
For international order, please email us for shipping quote. Also, Scionsport.com will not be responsible for return shipping under any kind of circumstance.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Porto Rico, please select UPS 2nd Day Air Service. There is no Ground Service.
Payment Options
All payment are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. We reserve the right to file Non-Paying Bidder Alert if the payment is not received 7 days after the auction ended.
Please be sure to ask all questions prior to bidding. When you bid, you are obligating yourself to the auction in the event that you win.
Money Order/Cashiers Checks: Please don't forget to include your shipping address, name, and eBay item number.
PayPal: Please make your payment to sales@scionfx.com. Provide us your item number and item name. For a Paypal e-check, we will hold the item until your check has cleared.
Major Credit Card: Please call or email us.

Time to Process
The time to process is the estimated number of business days from ordering the product(s) to shipping of the product(s). In most cases, we will ship your order(s) from the next business day after you ordered.
Please take account of the following circumstances during which the process may be delayed:
If we need to verify your credit card information, shipment of merchandise will be delayed until verification is complete.
If your shipping address is different from your billing address, this may cause additional delays and verification needs.
Built-to-order and special merchandise requires additional processing days.
Merchandise does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Time in Transit
The time in transit is the estimated number of business days from the shipment of the product(s) to your receipt of product(s)
You can choose between rapid delivery and the economy of ground freight. For rapid delivery
we offer UPS Next Day Air service. For ground freight we offer UPS ground service.
Please note that:
UPS Next Day service is from time of product shipment, not from time of order taken (there may be processing or weekend days in between).
Return Policy
In order for Scionsport to offer our customers the lowest prices on thousands of items, all auction sales are considered final unless "defective". Please inspect your order upon receipt. No returns will be accepted for any reason after 7 days of delivery.
All items must be paid within 10 days, or a non-paying bidder alert may be filed.
Most items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after we have received the payment. When an item is in back order, you will be notified through email. If an item is in back order for more than 14 days, the buyer has the option to cancel the order and full refund will be issued.
