This One Source Parts auction warranties each part for a standard 90 day period. This warranty covers the transmission case and all internal parts including the torque converter. Parts excluded from this warranty are the transmission mounts, shifting linkage, flywheel, all other external parts and problems that result from not installing new front and rear main seals, transmission filter and all fluids when installing the transmission.

One Source Parts does not furnish screws, nuts or bolts.

All of our parts are guaranteed to be in good working conditon unless noted. We can only guarantee the part(s) will fit the vehicle(s) listed above under the "Fits". If your vehicle was not originally equipped with the exact part(s) you are bidding on, it is your responsibility to consult a local dealer to verify the part(s) will fit your vehicle.

     Shipping Cost:

Because of the inability to list all dimensions and weights of different types of engines/motors for every zip code it is YOUR responsibility to contact One Source Parts for a shipping quote to your zip code. The flat rate shipping price are for the following states only: GA, FL, AL, TN, VA, NC, and SC. If your state is not listed then it is your responsablility to inquire about a shipping quote before bidding/purchasing.

Shipping quotes are only good for 7 days. If payment is not made within 7 days of quote, shipping charges are eligible to change.Buyer/Customer cannot arrange their own commercial shipping. We cannot bill your shipping account or use another carrier. All of our flat rate shipping prices and quoted shipping prices include packaging supplies and insurance. Thank you in advance.

Terms: Customers can elect to pick up their item at the One Source Parts sales counter. Please allow 24 hours after payment is received to process order for pick up. The ebay auction number and provided stock number must be provided at the time of pick up. A daytime phone number must be also provided to schedule a pick up. If you elected to pick up your item it must be picked up within 5 days of ending auction or will be available for relisting.

Returns Policy

A RELIST fee (when applicable) and RESTOCK fee of 10% of purchase price will be charged for any canceled order. 

In the event that a part arrives damaged and it is OUR fault a replacement will be offered first. If no replacement can be given then a refund will be issued.

Terms & Conditions

 Checkout/Shipping information expected within 3 days of auction close. After 7 days, ANY Unpaid auction wins will be subject to an Unpaid Item Dispute (UPI) through eBay AND cancellation and will be relisted on ebay for sale.

Gurantee

One Source Parts gives a 30 day gurantee on all parts. A replacement will be offered first. In the event no replacement can be given then a refund will be issued.
