Up for auction is a 1981 Yamaha Exciter 250.
This motorcycle is in beautiful condition, especially considering it's almost 28 years old!
The starter works and the engine has good compression and spark. Looks like it hasn't been ridden in a long time, and the gas in the tank and fuel system is probably old, so it will need some carbuerator work to get it running. Also will need a battery. All the lights and guages work. Someone mechanically inclined could probably get this one rolling for under $100! I'm assuming the for cost of a battery and a carb rebuild kit this thing would run fine.
