what you see here is a labor of love! i have put way more money into this bike than i will ever get out of it, so my loss is some one gain. this is a 2003 yamaha fz1, i am second owner of this bike with all original sales and service slips. i am a yamaha certified technician and work at a multi line dealer ship which includes yamah, i have since run nothing but full synthetic oil, already had 3 oil changes in 4 thousands miles, i know i bit much but i wanted to flush it real good, i have flushed the antifreeze, replaced the plugs with ngk iridium plugs, the tires have about 2K miles on them are showing very very littles signs of wear, they are continental road attacks and were replaced at the same time, these are some of the best street tires you can get for the money. the pad have been replaced with ebc hh pads which are ten times better than the factory, and they only have about 200 miles on them and an extra set for the frt to go with the bike. the chain and sprockets are new and are regeared for slightly more bottom end, i have the factories that can be included for an extra price neg. at end of the auction. This bike has a full carbon fiber exhaust system with ivans pod jet kit (the only on to get for these bikes)! a timing advancer, the intake boots have been port matched to the cyl head, and i also have all the stock peices to go back stock but again would have an extra cost at the end of auction. the bars are 2008 factory fz1 bars with factory yamaha gytr risers which lower the bars about 3 inches. it has a throttle lock cruise control which is nice for those long trips! color matched rear fender/tire hugger. and intergrated rear turn signals and fender eliminator. it has yellow hid headlights which are very very bright at night time. there are alot of carbon fiber pieces on this bike as well. now it does have a few very minor scratches that can be buffed out. if you want more than r1 performance at a comfortable ride then heres your bike! and it will run close to the newer rr1000's and gxr1000's! feel free to ask any questions and i am selling the bike to get another and cannot afford two bike payments according to my wife! i will deliver up to 200 miles one way at a dollar a mile. if this is not feasible then the buyer must arrange his or her own pickup. i have put close to 2500 dollars in this bike in the past 3 mo and will never get that money back, so my loss is your gain, if you know these bikes then you know what the work done is worth. test rides availible with cash in hand only!
