Payment Terms:

The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit with in 1 business day of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Acceptable Payment Methods:

We accept bank wire transfers, bank drafts, money orders, cashiers checks and cash in person only. Credit Cards (Visa,Master Card,Discover) are accepted up to $2500 for deposits only. We do not accept American Express.

Fees and Taxes:

Financing may be available BUT must be pre-approved prior to bidding. Trade-ins are NOT accepted on eBay cars.

We are not always able to provide all keys, keyless entry devices, and manuals that were delivered with the car when it was originally purchased new. Therefore, we are not responsible for providing additional keys, keyless entry devices, or manuals.

At the time of delivery Texas buyers must also pay all tax, title and license fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for tax, title and license fees in their home state in adddition to any Texas fees and taxes that may be applicable. Any disputes regarding the sale of this vehicle shall be resolved through arbitration in Dallas, Texas under the laws of Texas.

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs and fees. All vehicles are FOB Euless, Texas (D/FW). Any shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Grubbs Infiniti will assist in arranging shipping at actual costs if requested.

Buyer Pickup:
Buyers may be picked up by our service staff at Dallas Love Field or DFW Buyers will not be reimbursed for any fees or charges incurred if he/she chooses other forms of customer pickup (taxi, shuttle, bus, etc.).

All vehicles are subject to prior sale. In short if the reserve amount has not been reached Grubbs Infiniti reserves the right to end the auction early to consummate a sale. Bid early to buy. Successful Bidder has 3 days to finalize the transaction. On the 4th day Seller has the right to sell or relist vehicle
