Your are bidding on a 1970 Boss 302 with 76,166 ACTUAL miles. This car was bought new at Town & Country Ford in Charlotte, North Carolina. Than it went to a used car dealer in North Carolina and sold in 1980 and brought to Massachusetts. I purchased the car in 1993 and ended up selling it to a friend in 2002 and got it back again in 2006. This car is no trailer queen, it is a driver. The undercarriage is not show material, but it has all the potential to be. There is no rust what so ever on this car. Front fenders are rolled fenders. To my knowledge the carburetor, distributor, transmission, and rear end are all orginal. The engine is a service block because the #'s cannot be read, but there is no question that it is a boss motor due to the screw in freeze plugs. All the interior is original except for the rug. There is a small crack in the dash pad by the speaker. All the lights and gauges work. The tires are fairly new, the smog unit is there but with no belt. This car was painted in 2002, and is in excellent condition. THIS CAR IS UP FOR SALE LOCALLY, I reserve the right to end this auction early if i please. I described this car to the best of my knowledge. I am NOT a car collector, i just loved the Boss.
