** We inspect every seat cover prior to shipping it out to make sure that everything is included in the kit. Shipping damage very rarely happens, but it still does occur due to mishandling by USPS. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over how USPS handles our packages. All that we can do is offer our customers shipping insurance in their auctions.
