By bidding on this item you agree to the following terms.

1. Contact us @ stang01cobra@aol.com if you have any questions about the item or  payment methods BEFORE bidding.  Please include the eBay  item # when submitting a  question.

2. Payment--Payment arrangements need to be made within 48 hours of auction close.  In other words, contact me if you will not be able to make payment within that time frame.   An example would be you are purchasing other items on another auction.  We understand if you need a few days to make the arrangements. Just let us know. We prefer PayPal, but will also accept Money Orders, & Certified Checks..  Please included the eBay Item # when mailing payment.  We will hold shipment until payment clears.  IF YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS IS UNCONFIRMED, WE SHIP SIGNATURE REQUESTED.

3. Products--All products are new, unless otherwise noted.  All of our products are from the original manufacturer or a distributor of the manufacturers products.  This applies to all products except for used products, in which case it will be noted in the auction description.  Most of the items we list are in stock.  Due to the high number of sales daily through eBay & other sales outlets, it is almost impossible to keep our store updated with the correct inventory.  We receive multiple shipments each week & will ship your item immediately upon receipt.  Contact us prior to bidding if you have any questions.

Some or all of our products may be legal only for racing or show vehicles which may never be used upon a highway.  IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK WHETHER OR NOT THE ITEM IS LEGAL IN YOUR AREA!!!

4. Shipping--Products will be shipped in the same condition and packaging as we receive them from the manufacturer.  In most occasions, we will also place the manufacturers packing inside another package for additional protection during shipment.  Larger items such as intakes, exhaust, springs and battery relocation kits will be shipped in their original packing.  Most items are shipped within 3 business days after the payment has cleared, many within 24 hours. 

To calculate combined shipping, take the highest shipping fee and add $1.99 for each additional item.  Make all purchases before paying and eBay will automatically calculate combined shipping.  Feel free to contact us with any questions.

5. Return Policy?All sales through eBay are final.  If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 5 days of receipt & before leaving negative feedback.  We pride ourselves in selling quality products and want the chance to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase.  Contact us for a RMA # before returning item.  Problems would include missing items, damaged goods, wrong color, etc.

6. Feedback--We will only leave feedback after you have left feedback for us.  This ensures us the opportunity to correct any problems with your order before finding out on our feedback.  Gleaming positive feedback will be left as long as you abide by these Terms & Conditions.
