This is a used turbocharger from a Ford Mustang. Garrett manufactured  T3.Off the junkyard shelf with 74,000 miles.Tag reads E3ZE-9G438-AE, 465978-3.Some monkey at the yard beat on the exhaust pipe still attached to the downpipe, so there may be some scratches and dings on the unit, but it looks to be intact. It does turn freely,  side and endplay is minimal and wheels look okay. Comes with manifold and no I cannot remove the manifold, you can do it.Needs to be cleaned up but it looks like a good T3 for your latest project.
